¼ cup “Gold Dust” from the bottom of Ava Organics bag
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Stir in the flour and salt until well combined. Fold in the coconut and crushed Ava Organics Coconut Crispy Rollers.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden. Let them cool slightly.
While the cookies are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar for a snowy effect, pressing gently to adhere. Let them cool completely on a wire rack. Arrange them on a platter and sprinkle “Ava Gold Dust” on top for garnish.
