Ava Blueberry White Chocolate Brownies

Bring the freshness of coconut and blueberry to an indulgent white chocolate brownie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (8 Tablespoons) butter, melted

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

16 Ava Organics Blueberry Coconut Crispy Rollers 

1 cup white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons Blueberry “Gold Dust” for garnish (a.k.a. the crispies at the bottom of an Ava bag or 4 AVA rollers, crumbled)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl with a spoon, mix together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until blended. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and stir until just combined. 

Place the 16 Ava Organics Blueberry Coconut Crispy Rollers in a self-sealing bag; coarsely crush them with a rolling pin.

Fold the crushed pieces and white chocolate chips into the brownie mixture. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top. Evenly sprinkle the “gold dust” over the top.

Bake for 25 to 28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 

Cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
